REGISTRATIONI am excited to be working with fitness and nutrition guru, Kristen Tinker on a powerful collaboration that discusses the relationship between forgiveness and health. When we live in a state of non-forgiveness, we manage the experience of pain in its many manifestations by numbing ourselves. This can show up in many forms, but perhaps one of the most universal is eating. Not only does this compromise our vitality, but it also takes away from the pleasure we can experience by nurturing ourselves. Eating can be an act of self-love, but we first need to become mindful of our relationship to food. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful ways we can do this.
