All forgiveness begins with the thought, “There is something wrong.” This single decree compels us to find fault in our lives. For a moment, close your eyes and imagine what life would look like if every aspect of what is happening right now—your mind, body, spirit, and everything in the world around you—were the way it is for a reason, and that reason was for your growth and evolution as a human being.
You don’t have to believe it to be so; just imagine it as a possibility.
That subtle shift toward peace is healing. It is forgiveness. At the Forgiveness Academy, we teach the skills needed to get in touch with the truth of who we are. We teach organizations how to embrace the best aspects of human nature to operate in the world in a way that advances us all. We all have a role to play in the evolution of humanity. Join us and together we can change the world.

Forgiveness is deeply personal. The process we use is based on a structured framework and 8-step process, but the reality is true healing is different for everyone. The coaching we provide is not like therapy. While therapy is very helpful for many and is especially useful through a crisis, the work we do at the Academy is focused specifically on emotional awareness, and developing specific skills we need to learn to forgive. These skills include a deep understanding of our story, empathy, and non-judgment. All of this works in conjunction with increased emotional acuity to guide clients to an experience of gratitude and freedom from the past.
